Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of October, 1970. The following members were presents
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth, Mayor Hilde was
absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 70-402
WHEREAS, Memosa-Midveav systens Corporation, 1180 Shulman i
Avenue, Santa Clara, California, requested site plan t
approval for their,.plant facility to be located oa
the westerly side of Niagara Lane at 28th Avenue.

NOW THEUkFORE, SE IT HERESY RESOLVER BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF s
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
the site pian covering the entire Memorex -Midwest
Systema Corporation;.site at Niagara Lane and'28th
Avenue is hereby approved subject to the following:
Submission of a detailed site plan including land- r
scaping, parking., etc. prior to actual granting of
a building permit; submittion of a complete site ti
plan covering storm seder drainage and utility
improvements'to the -Village Consultant Engineer
for his approval.
The rmtion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly ', 1

seconded by Councilman Kindseth,'and upon vote being taken thereon, £

the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz,

Kindseth'and Spaeth. No one voted against. f
Whnreupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
