EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special sleeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the
28th day of September, 1970. commencing at 7:30 P.H. at the Village
c Council Chambers, 14900 23rd Avenue North.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnsca,
Hints, Rindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH FOR 1971
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following sums of money be raised by tax, on taxable
property In the Village of Plymouth for the year 1971 •e sit
out,in the 1971 Village Budget:
General Purpose
(Including PERA &,Social Security). . . . . . $665,085
Fire Building Bonds
(Debt Retirement) . . . . . . . . . . . . 6,950
Fork Bonds
(Debt Ltirament) . . . . . . . . . . . 8,620
Storm Raman Reserve Fund. . . . . . . . . 22.900
$703,555
2. That the jum, of.$1.122,602.00 be approved as total expend-
itures' for the 1971 Village Budget.
The motion''.for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In'favor thereof., Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson,
Hints, Rindseth.aed Spaeth. No osa voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

f I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Miaeesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held on September 28, 1970,
I with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
a Resolution regarding the 1971 budget.
