Pursuvnt to due call and notice thereof a Regular
Meeting of the V ill-age Council of the Village of Plym uth,
Minnesota, was dhily held at the Village Hall on the 20th day
of December, 196:., at 8,00 o'clock F. i-� ..
Present; Kayor Anderson; Tri.stees; Keefe, Sahly and
Theis, the Village Clerk and Attorne,:.. Absent; Trustee Kreats.

and an addendum to the contract between the Village Df Plymouth
and Orr-Schelen, Inc., covering Enganeerinr, Services to be per-
formed by Orr-Schelen un?er the agreement dated December 19, 1960.

to Trustee
Trustee Henry Sahly, t`_a ,or Anderson personally, and on behalf of
Sahly re past,
the Council, expressed his thanks to Trustee-Sahly for his Many
services:
,years of service to tue Village of Plymouth. He expressed appre-
ciation for the part Trustee Sahly has taken in the transition
of the Village from a Township to Village Government and on work
that he has done in the developement of the Village. The remarks
were concewd in by all Council Members.
On motion the meeting was adjourned at 9:20 P. H.
