Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular
Meeting of the Village Council of the {pillage of i'lysioutb,
Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall on the 15th day
of November, 1960, at 8:00 -o'clock P. M.
Present; Trustees Keefe, Kreatz and Theis and the
Village Clerk. Absent; Mayor Anderson and Trustee Sahl.y.
Trustee Keefe presided at the meeting ars Mayor Pro Toa.
Charles H. John-
Charles B. Johnson, 1014 Sunset Drive, appeared with

Notion made by Theis that a sign permit be granted to

Sale of dirt
Motion made by Theis that tenative approval be given

of the permit to be considered if and when Mr. Theis enters
into an agreement with the purchaser of the dirt fill. motion
seconded by Katz and passed by all Council Members present
voting aye.

Motion evade by Knatz that a letter be directed to
reassessment.
Joseph '•obertson, Commissioner of Taxation, Minnesota State
Tax Commission, requesting a meeting between Mr. Roberts=,
the Plymouth League for Better Government, and the Plymouth
Village Council. The purpose of the meeting being to discuss
the petition filed with the State Tax Commissioner requesting
a reassessment of properties in Plymouth Village. Motion
seconded by Theis and passed by all Council :embers present
voting aye.
