Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Speial
Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Ply*otth,
Minnesota,, was duly held at the Village hall on the 9t -a day
of November, 1960, at 2:00 o'clock P. M.
Present; Trustees Kreatz and Theis and the'lillage
Clerk and Engineer.
The purpose of the meeting was to open bids, in
accordance with published notice, and in accordance with pre-
pared specifications, for the purchase of a new or ssed rubber
tire tractor eauiped with a front end loader.
A number of bids were received for both view and used
ecuipment.
Following is a list of the parties from whom bids
were received.
1. Lull Engineering Company, 3045 Highway 1-3, St. Paul 11, Bids on Tractor
Minnesota. and loader.
2. :idway Tractor & Ecuipment Co., 3326 U%iversity Ave.
S. E., Minnea;.jol.is 14, Minnesota.
3. Leo' s Service Garage, Hamel, Minnesota..
4. Jeans Implement, Inc., Forest Lake, Minnesota
5. Road Machinery and Supplies Co., 4902 'West 78th St.
Minneapolis 20, Minnesota.
Motion made by Theis and seconded by Kreatz that all
bids be tabled, that the Council take them under consideration
and award the contract for the purchase of tae piece of equip-
ment decided upon at tie regular meeting of Lhe Village Council
to be held on November 22, 1960, at 8:00 o'clock 1. M.
On motion the meeting was adjourned at 3:00 o'clock
P. M.
