VILIJIGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notl6if thereof a special meeting of the
Villtge Coun: l of tho Tillage of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on the
28th day of September, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Rindseth and Spaeth. No one
was absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
i; RESOLUTION NO. 70-399

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given accepting the Construction and Sinking
Fund Disbursement on Sept. 25, 1970 in the amount of $43,007.66
to Peter Lametti Construction Co.
The motion for the adoptIcgiof,the foregoing Resolution was duly
sacoadee! by Councilman 'Johnson,- and epos vote being taken thereon, the
following voted is favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hintz,
Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota,, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on Sept. 2E, 1970, with the original.thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
