Highway Number 55 the Bureau of Public Roads reouires the assurance that the Village of Plymouth w-411 not suffer any encroachment of.any nature or kind whatsoever on the right of way of said Trunk Highway Number 188 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 55'within the corporate limits of the said Village of Plymouth. Motion for the adoption_ of the foregoing Resolutions were seconded by Kreatz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; ?payor Anderson, Trustees Keefe, Kreatz, Sahly and Theis.
