Mir Anderson walled upon Mr. (Aeon to make any state-
ment he w4 desire. Mr. {: lson stated that his office had- made
inspection of 96 residential sales which were consummated during
the 1"t two ye*rs. Uf this investigation they recommended that
one Uasasifiad as aural and one classified as All Other be reclass-
:if'ieds, Mine :wales of development properties were investigated and
they arrived at a ratio of 20.01 which they considered acceptable.
He also stated that •aaluee on development properties were very

ments.,Nr. Olson stated that the State makes sample cheekings of
assessments In all Villages every two years.
Mr. Gubbins, representing a Citizens Tax Committee,
stated he hada received cerUfi.ed copies from George H. Hickey,
of the County. Auditor's.Offic,s, of assessments for 1959 and 59.
Mr. G0kfts *asked Assessor est why he had delivered his 1960
asseammt books to the County auditor? in answer to this question
Mr. Ernst submitted and read a letter received from Roy Haag,
Supervisor of Assessments, adv:tsing him that the books Frere due
in hts office by August 1, 19601, Attorney Galbraith also read
the logal requirements as to thus question. tor. Gubbine then
questioned Mr. Ernst .on various parcels as to there classifica—
Uone and assessment&.
Notion was made by SW-,,y that the 1960 assessments
covering 38 parcels as submitted by the Tax Committee be procured
and the aosessaments be considered. This list of 38 parcels to
be available at a resonable time prior to an adjourned meeting
to be held August 18, 1.960, at 8:00 o'c)aek P. X. Notion seconded.

Trustee Keefe muggested'that representatives of the
State Tax Conaiasion be asked to sit in on this meeting.
On motion the meting was adjourned at 10:30 P. M.
