of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, ?finnesot:a tams held

The following members were absent:,none
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-398
Wpj,,,pn&s, an application was received from Wallace H. Cates for
an Off Salo Liquor License to operate a store at 10722 State Highway x155.

Approval is hereby given to consider the Off Sala Liquor
License application received from Wallace H. Cates and set the date
for a public hearing on October 19, 1470 in the Village Council
Chambers, 14900 13r Ave. H., at 7:30 P.M.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution eras duly
seconded'bv Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda* Councilman Johnson,
Hintz. Kindsetb>and Spaeth
The following voted against none
The following abstained none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pns ed and adopted.
