pursuant ;to due call and notice thereof the adjourned
meeting of July 12, 3960, was reconvened on July 26, 1960 at 8t00
O'clock P. M.
The follcnring smubera were present. Mayor Anderson;
%steea: Keefe, greats, Sehxy and Thais, the Assessor and the
Clerk. .Also present was Roy Haeg, County Supervisor of Assessors,
Mr. Woolateaeroft, Arthur C. Roemer and June Soleus, of the State
Tate Commission.
The meeting was a continuation of the adSourned meting Board of Review
of July 12, 1960 in which Village tax payers were permitted to Meeting
register complaints as to their 1960 assessments.
Mrs. Rose Talbot, Franc Johnston and R. J. Laiiberte were
the prJacipal spokesmen for the people objecting to their assess-
ments and classifications of assessments.

Assessor as to a considerable number of parcels of land. She was
given the assessment* on the land, buildings, full value, and as
to classification of tkhe arssee ments.
Mr. Johnston Inquired for and requested a comparison of
the 1956 and 59 assessments. Notion was mads by Keefe and seconded
by Kreats and passed, that the question was out of order.
Question was asked by Mr. Johnston of the Comcil Member*
as follows: "MFili you allow me, as a Tax Committee, to compare
your 1958 and 59 assessments with 1960 assessments". Each individ-
ual Council Member *as asked this question. Kreats, replied yes.
Sahly, if you designate parcels, no objections. Keefe, no object-
ion to request. Theca, yes. Mayor Anderson, lyes .1958 and 59
sssesameats. Mrs. Talbot agreed to obtain certified copies of
the 1958 and 59 assessments upon parcels which they wish to to= -
pare.
The Tax Committee wished to obtain a comparison of the
1958 "easements to the 1960 assessments. These figures are not
available at any st.urce except at the County Auditor of Hennepin
Country's office. The Council. Members agreed if the Citi*en Tax
Committee obtain certified figures on specific parcels for 1956
assee4menta they are a4gaeable to comparing them with 1960•assess-
menta.
Nr. Johnston slaked each Council Member if they would be
willing to meet with the Citizen Tax Committees and to which they
stated they were agreeable to.
Mr. Johnston requested of Mr. Haag that he read a state-
ment as to his job duties. Motion was made by Keefe seconded by
Sahly and passed that Mr. Haeg need not make such a statement as
it was Irrelevant and had no bearing on the purpose of the met -
Notion was made by Keefe that the Village Corned met
in adjourned'aseting of the Board of Review of August 3, 1960, at
the Plymouth gillags Ball to review 1960 assessments. Also that
the State Tint Codmii'sloun be requested to assist in review for
1960 classification and -assessments. The roWesentative from the
State Tax Casasissim stated that they will have certain assess-
ments that they erre now stusding completed by August 1. Motion
seconded by Sah y and passed by all Councilvoting aye.
