Meeting of the^Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall on the. 5U day
of July, 1960, at 8:04 o'clock P.. M.
Present: Mayor Anderson, Trustees Xeefe., Kreats,
5ahly and Theis, and the Clark, Attorney and Engineer.

The minutes of meeting of June 21, 1960 were Wproxed

PROVIDING FOR THE SAFETY AND COMFORT OF PERSONS
USING WATEWAIS; PROHIBITING UNAUTHORIZED USE OF
WATERCRAFT; REQUIRING CLEANLINESS ON WATERWAYS;
AND PRESCRIBING PFANALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF
ITS PROVISIONS.
Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Ordinance was seconded by
Trustee Kreats and upon vote being taken thereon, the followirp noted in
farot thereof: Mayor Anderson, Trustees Keefe, Kreata, Sahly rind
'Theis. Against; None
Whereupon said Ordinance was declared duly passed and
adopted.. July 5, 1960.
