Pursuant to due call and a-)tice thereof a Special Posting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Pa nnesota, was
duly held at the Village Hall on the tet day of July, 1960, at
900 o'clock P. H.
Present: Mayor Anderson, Trustees Keefe, Yreets, and Theis
and -the Clerk. Absent: Sahly.
The meeting was called for the purpose of discussing
assessments in the Village. Re. Assee snents
Mayor Anderson stated that the County Board has not July and susper:s'on.'

that a committee be appointed to investigate the assessments and

when decided upon. It was also recommended that now qualified
person from the State Tax Commission attend the Village's Board
of Equalisation meting on July 12th.
Upon the recommendation of Yawyor Andersen Motion was made
by !beats that Assessor Ernst be suspended from his position for a
sufficient length of time in order Haat he mq defend himself and
his actions as to the que6t4onable assessments. Motion was second
by Reeter and passed by the Sollwimng voting in favor thereof.

Recommendation was made that the coaweil select. a.group of
persons to organise a colmiitee to. rappraise the qualifications of
Assessor Ernst as to his ability to stake proper classifications and
assessments in the Village
That the Council consult with the State Tax authorities as
to Assessor Ernst''s qualifications, an assessments and that the State
recommmed sass eampetert Tax authority to review the Village assees■ent
rolls as they are now recorded.
