Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a
secial Meeting of the village Council of the village:
Of Plymouth, Minnesota,:;as dul,= held at the village
drd-11 on the 19th day of Hared, 1960, at 10:00 of cloak
Present: Mayor Anderson, Trustees Eckes, Xeefe,
