RESOLUTION`'RECEIVING>•REPORT AND
,CALLING_FOR PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
28th day of September, 1970.
The following members ware present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Rindeath and Spaeth.. No members were absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 70-396
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to
the Village Council on September 28, 1970, concerning Street Improvement
Project 070-8,9-F, Nathan Lane from 13th Avenue to 10th Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
111. The. Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance
with the report and the assessment of property abutting or
within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to M.S.A.. Sec. 429,011 to 429.111, at an
estimated total cost of the improvement plan 02.
2. The Village staff is hereby directed to prepares supplementary
report concerning the acquisition of right-of-way, deferrment
-
of the storm saver and gravel construction of said road
I
improvement.
3. A public hearing sball be held on such proposed isprovernt on
the 26th day of October, 1970, at the Village Council Ghaebers,
In the Public Works Administration Building in the Viliaga 4�
Plymouth at 7:30 P.H. The Village Council shall give published
notice of such hearing and improvement as<required by lay."
The motion for the adoption of the.foragoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, xindeeth and Spaeth. No one voted against.

Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting
" of the Village Council of said Village held on September 28, 1970,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
Project A70 -8,9-F.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of
the Village this 2nd day of October, 1970.
