Present: Mayor Anderson, Trwntees Ec6-es, Keefe, Kreatz and Theis, and the Cleric, Engineer and Assistant Attorney. Absent:None. Minutes of the regular ueeting of Tanuary 5, 1460, were read and on motion approved. Motion made by Fakes that approvel be given Elder Osier to sell Lots G & H, being a part of a tract of land in tha Sr'I. Section 7 and the Section 18. Said approval subject to the filing of a survey cad plat in accordance with the Villa:7e Ordinances. Motion seconded by TUt1s and passed by all Council Members voting eye. Jacr Connsr and Dr. Bart rGlsom ar)peared to discuss the activity by the Minnesota -extern Railway on the so- called Tebei4 property and particularly on Government Lot k. The railroid has obtained crossing rit.hts on taro lots east of and adjcining government Lot 4 and is staking out a railroad right of v,y approxiaately ninety feet scut'= of and parallel to Soith Shore Drive. Motion seconded by Zeefe and passed by all Council Members voting eye. Thomas W. House appeared with a request to divide into lots a 2i acre tract in Section 13 abutting the Rocsford road and Sandhoff Lane. He was advised to submit a surrey of the property as he proposed it be divided for consideration by the Council Notion made by Theis that approval be given Russell Bloomdahl for the subdivision plat of Alden Acres Addition, containing eleven lots, subject to payment of the Parte Fund fee and the posting of a performance - bond for 02400.00 to cover road construction. Lotion seconded by Kreatz and passed by all Council Members voting aye. D. W. Foss, representing .f. J. Schuck, appeared to discuss the impro,enent of Goldie Avenue to provide access to Mr, Sehuck's property, being Lot 15, Block 1, Elmhurst Addition. ;Motion made by Kreatz that the Village Engineer be authorized to make a survey and submit costs for the improvement of Goldie Avenue after Which a public hearing will be held.
