Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ropmt meat (,,pe(,Aal) men.ring

on the 2gth day of September 1970. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Rindsath g Spaeth.

VILLAGE OF PLYMOUT11:
Approval inhereby given authorizing the special assessment reduction
sanitary sealer installation on the property located at 405 Black Oaks
I Lane and owned by Wayne H. MacFarlane to cover a deferrment of 1.48 acres
