Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a 774E (s;pecl.�1 j meeting;
of the Pillage Council of the Pilln2e of Plymouth, ?-Finnesota was held

were present: Mayor Hilda, Councils" Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth & Spaeth.

and moved its' adoption:
P.ESOLhTION NO. 70-394
WIMPE.AS, Johnson Bros. Highway & Heavy Constructors asked for
an approval of Change Order 01 in the amount of $2,080.00 in respect
to their contr4ct for Project #69-1,0-G.

VILLAGE. OF PLY"tOUTII:
Approval toherebygiven to approve the Change order #1 for
an increase of $2,080.00 requested by Johnson Bros. Highway & Heavy
Constructors, 6311 Wayzata Blvd., Mple., Minn. for their contract
covering sewer and water lrojeet #69-1,0-G in the Central Area.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution vas duly
