Pursuant to clue call and nntiee thereof, a (special) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota vas held
on the 28th dc�y of September 1971. The following members
were present:icor. Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth 6 Spaeth,

Councilman Johnson introduced the following, Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-393
UTIEFF.AS, Johnson Bros. Highway 6 Heavy Constructors, Inc.
have requested an extension of time on their contract for sever and water
construction in the Central Area.
NOW TPEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RF.SOIATFI) BY TNI' VILLAGE ColmIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to approve the extension of time from
October 1, 1970 to December 1, 1970 for the contract held by Johnson
Bros. Highway 5 Heavy Conetructors, Inc., 6311 Wayzata Boulevard,
tlinneapolis. Minn. on the contract covering Project #60-1,0-0 for
saucer and water construction in the Central Area.
The motion for the adoption of the for -..going !resolution was duly
seconded by Councilean Hints and upon vote be_in-- taken thereon,
the following voted in favor. thereof:Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Johgsonn,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth.
The following voted against none

Miereupon the Pesrlution was declared duly passed and adopted.
