Minutes of the Regular meeting of September 1, 1959 and the Special Meeting of September 10, 19'59, were read and on motion approved. The meeting wa* coarended with the opening of bids received, in accordance with published notice, for i+treet :'Bids on Improvements 59-i-46--5 and 6. A performance band was '.Improvements attached to each bid for the required 5�- of the bid amount 59-3-4-5 & 6.
