Present; Mayor -Anderson, Trustees ,0eziel, Eckes,
Kreatz and Theis and the Villa -,e Clerk, attorney and

Engineer. Absent; None.
Minutes of the Regular meeting of September 1,
1959 and the Special Meeting of September 10, 19'59, were
read and on motion approved.
The meeting wa* coarended with the opening of bids
received, in accordance with published notice, for i+treet
