Pursuant to due call a -,Decial MeetiLf., Wa:3 duly held
at the Village Hall of Plg-mouth on the 10th day of September,
1959, at 1:00 o'clock P. M. The folloAng members were
present; Mayor Andersot, 'frust: es Deziel, Lckes, Kreatz and
Theis and the Clerk. Also Present ;+sere Messrs. Bauer, Yngve,
Swanson and Fuel, mmbers of the rare Co-cmittee of the
Village P1anu.ink Commission.
The meeting was called for the purpose of discussing
and acting upon the requirements; of a village Tire Department
and the authorizgtion to proceed with the necessary bond
issue to provide a building and facilities for the operation
of a fire department.
Mr. Bauer listed the :ollo.ving items necessary for
