Absent: Mayor A-_derson and Trustoe Deziel Public hearing wa:: opened on Street improvement 59-5 covering the proposed improveaaent of Cityview Drive from Ridnewood Avenue to County Road 15 at an estimated cost of 13,000.00. friction was made by Theis that there being no objectors to the improvement that the heaving be closed. Motion seconded by Kreatz and pawsed by all Council Members present voting aye. Public hearing >r:.: opened on street lmprovem(rat 59-6 covering the proposed improvement of Arlington A4enue, Beverly Avenue from 11F3rd Street liorth to eiustin street, and Dustin Street from Beverly Avenue to Arlington Avenue, all streets being in Rath's i1ir-t Audition. The proposed improvement is estimated to cast 1:5,11+0.00. Mrs. Tina Rath, who ovrns a substantial numb r of lots in the improve- ment, appeared to discuss the mac a and assumed the streets were to be Bleck-topped which she f,�lt unnecessary at present. After being informed the streets :,e v only to be gravelled, etc. and brought up to Village ata -d -,)-4s .-ith black -topping possible in the future she w .w it r eiaeaxt with the proposed improvement and gave her ,:cnsent. Motion waw made by Krefft<, that there being no add tional objectors to the improvement the hearing be closed.
