Pursuant to due call a dnecial meeting was duly held
at the %i11a�e Hall of Plymouth on the 13th day of duly, at

Eckes, Kreatz and Theis and the .';!nesor and Class. Absent;
Mayor Anderson and `a'rustee Daziel.

Mr. Roy Haeg, sug�rvlsor of a.z cs<,ments, attended tre
meeting which was the dz�Le set for the Hoard of Revies
meeting for 1959 held in :Accoruance �Ath published notice
and Aasessment i.a;rs.rur. "raise and Donavan Patnode apppared
%rith reference to their taxes. M,•. Hae; infomed them to
contact Mr. Alexander, with the A..s::ssors office at the Court
Hourse in Minnoapolis, to fill out the nece=-:try form and an
inspection 5ri.11 be matie to See if their tax is out of pro
portion to what it should 3e. -path no furthor complaints

E gineer. Absent: Mayor A-_derson and Trustoe Deziel
Public hearing wa:: opened on Street improvement
59-5 covering the proposed improveaaent of Cityview Drive
from Ridnewood Avenue to County Road 15 at an estimated
cost of 13,000.00. friction was made by Theis that there
being no objectors to the improvement that the heaving be
closed. Motion seconded by Kreatz and pawsed by all
Council Members present voting aye.
Public hearing >r:.: opened on street lmprovem(rat
59-6 covering the proposed improvement of Arlington A4enue,
Beverly Avenue from 11F3rd Street liorth to eiustin street,
and Dustin Street from Beverly Avenue to Arlington Avenue,
all streets being in Rath's i1ir-t Audition. The proposed
improvement is estimated to cast 1:5,11+0.00. Mrs. Tina
Rath, who ovrns a substantial numb r of lots in the improve-
ment, appeared to discuss the mac a and assumed the streets
were to be Bleck-topped which she f,�lt unnecessary at present.
After being informed the streets :,e v only to be gravelled,
etc. and brought up to Village ata -d -,)-4s .-ith black -topping
possible in the future she w .w it r eiaeaxt with the
proposed improvement and gave her ,:cnsent. Motion waw made
by Krefft<, that there being no add tional objectors to the
improvement the hearing be closed. Motion seconded by Theia
and passed by all Council Members present v(,tic.g aye.

Motion was made by Kreatz that improvement 59-2 De
':Improve- tabled for furthur study. That if the Signed petition Frank
=ant 59-2 Leighton proposes too obtain falloring Improvement 59-2 contains
:tabled. more than fifty per cent of the property omers then the Council
Resolu consider including it with the other improvement projects 4tt
;tion 59-17 its next meeting to i^,e held July 21st, 1959. Motion was wounded
not by Theis"and-pasred by all Council Members present voting aye.

Sprayer m551G5 plus trailer and necessary accessories be
purchased at an estimated cost of plus tires. Motion
seconded by Theis and pas --ad by all Council. Members present
voting; aye.
