pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (Rmwi:ai) meeting
of the Village Council of the V$Iinge of Plymouth, Minnesota was held,
on the a day of September 1970. The following members
were present:' Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth & Spaeth

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resaluti.on
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-391
WHEREAS, it was requested that authorization be granted to purchase
brochures published by the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce.
NOW TIIERFFORr, RE IT TI REBY RBSOLVrD BY TnE VILLAGE COLWIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYt OUTH:
The Village ;of Plymouth is hereby authorized to make a payment of
$500 for the purchaseof advertisement brochures which were
published by the Plymouth Village Chamber of Commerce. '
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by . gguncijjMgIt �IItia and:, upon vote bein- taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,_
ldleth and Spaeth
