Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a .`i_uecial
meeting of the Villa`~e Council of the Vlllar.e of Plymouth,
Minnesota, was duly held at the Vi;1a,-e Ea -3 on the 27th dr -v
Of May 1959, at 8:00 olcioc{ P. M.
Present: bwror Andersch, Trustees Kreatz, Theis and
Deziel and the Clerk and ihSineer. Abseut; Trustee Eckes.
Public Hearing wos opened -n Lytreet Improvement 59-1 Public

Discussion was held on the protect. A vote being taken con- 59-2
listed of seVen. residents in favor and nine residents opposed
to the ioprovement, whereupon the hearing .ias closed and the
prof,*,ct abandoned.
Public hearing -i,3 opened on Stre et Improvement 59-8 public
covering the proposed improvement of Fleasant avenue, Parker's Hearing
Lake Seccnd Addition, and Parker Street at an estimated cost Str.Xmp.
of $4,430.,)0. Four residents from this area were present and 59-3
all were in favor of the improvement whieriupoa it was W reed
to proceed with the improvement and thL hearing closed.
Public hearing wos opened on Str_et Improvement. 59-4 Public
covering the proposed improv-ment of 137th Street North from Hearing
County Road 15 at an eotimated cost of y2,6,lo.00. Eight Str.Imp.
residents from the area were present and all sere in favor of 59
thr- improvement ehereupon it wu . agreed to proceed with the
improvement and the hearing closed.
Motion was made by Theis that the folloering Ordinance
