Pursuant to d7,e call and notice thereof, a regular. (9dR9tQtkak) mceting
of the Village Cotr ^il of the Villageof Plymouth, Minnesota vas held
on the 21st day of September ,. 1970. The fol.lowl.ng members
were present: 1Kavor gilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth>& Spaeth.
The following members v -Pre absent: none
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-390
WHEREAS, the disbursements
for the month of September were requested
to
be approved.

Approval is hereby given for
the regular payroll in the amount of
$18,133.85 for the period ending September 15, 1970, and
Approval is hereby given for
the General Fund disbursement in the
amount of $679052.87 for the
period ending September 21, 1970, and
Approval is hereby given for
the Construction & Sinking Fund
disbursement in the amount of $1,223,711.19 for the period ending
September 21, 1970.
The motion for the adoption
of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconcncl
by Councilman Hintz
, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the
following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Mintz, Kindseth and Spaeth.
The

Whereupon the Pesolutien was
declared duly passed and adopted.
