A Gentleman from 'the Hauge Lutheran Inner :mission
Federation, Inc., of Thief -River Falls, Minnesota. appearea`to
advise that they have purehaz W twenty-one acres adjoining East
Medicine Lake ;hive which tdiey intend to use as a retreat camp.
He was advised they could CaonHtruct the neaessery building6 on
the property provided they, comply with the Village Ordinanees
and were approved by the Council and met the approval of the
Building Inspector.
At 5:00 o'clock :P. :s. the meeting was adjourned until
8:00 a'clocs P. M.
The meeting was called to order by "yor Anderson at
8:00 a•'clocx e. M. The following members were present, Anderson,
Eckes, Kreatz, Theis, Leziel, the ClsrKR cngineer.anci Attorney.
The following members were absent; none.

divider, or his contractors, before the plat or auaitiou is
approved by the Villa^e Council.

and requirements for construction of roads in subdivided plata
aid addttione before the plat or addition shali be approved by
the Village Council.
1. Grade fuel right-of-way, incluaIng .sidewalic bench.
2. Roadway shall be sizimum of 3u feet :viue.
3. Llinimum grades 0.15� - uuaximum' Gravies 7.05;
4. Concrete curb and gratter shall be constructed
where street grades are less than 0.31% and more tbLn 4.0%.
5. A 6 -inch gravel bc&e shall be constructed as per
2innesota highway bpecifLcation <202, consisting of
material in accordance v,ith Minnesota Highway bp:ectfica-
tion 3139, for Class 5 aggregate.
6. Proper drainage shell be provided, including
necessary storm setter, end sodaeu waterways, as may
be necessary in the opinion of the Viilege zngiraeer.
