a regular meeting at the Viilaae Ball is seia Village on the 5th
day of May, 1958, at 2:00 o'clock P. M.
The following were present,-Ldt-rson, "x.ckez, 4reatz,
Theis, Deziei and the Clers and Engineer. The foi? o%iag members were
absent; none.
Verified accounts numbered 7'34 thru 651 were audited and
approved by the Council. Treawurer Reea &rrived at 3:00 P. a. to
sign and post the verified eccourts.
Motion by 'Theis to zone industrial certain lands ir.
Sections 25 and 16-1113-22 owned by Mini4esota hail ay
Company and described in detail in two letters from them to the
Villap-e of Plymouth, dated May 6, 1958. Motion was secGnded by
Ickes and passed by all Council :Members voting aye.
After discussion Motion was mede by Theis that the
Village Engineer ;Hake a complete survey axed submit a report on
the platted area in the 61 0ecti0a j3--118-24 for the purpose of
Installing storm sewers in the area to alleviate the drainage
problem. ;lotion was seeondea by �reatz and passed oy ail council
_Sembers voting aye.
At 5:15 o'clocic the meeting was sdjourne.a until
8100 010100K P. M.
The meeting yeas called to oruer by i4ayor Anderton at
8:00 O'clock e. K. The follaviing members were present, Inde;Eon,
Lc kes, Kreatz, Theis, Deziel, the Cler;c, Lngineer and attorney.
The following; members were absent; none.

Bids for the purchase of gravel were openea au4 reed.
Bids were received from Beller Bros. Gravel Company., Jerome P.
Begin, Ande2son kF-regate and Aleaco Aggregates, Inc. The bites
were teen turnea over to the Engineer for consideration and to be
acted upon by the Council at a ruture Meeting.
Discussion was held or, the fie wkvonue zrojeet, it wells
agreed Les Fees of Golden Valley, the Plymoutre rrgimeer and Tr-us'tee
Theis are to meet together for discussion of the project.
Clarence berthiaume appeared on behalf of the 21ymouth
Gun Club, and Lloyd Eckles, firing south of and adjoining the Club
property,made the objections as to the exiztanee of the Club. After
discussion it was agreed Council members would meet on the Gun
Club propErty at 2.00 o' clocr 2. id., :,unday, May 16th,, to !Hake a
decision as to the continuance of the Club..
Clem Ilorek appeared at the request of the Couucll with
reference to the objection of dumping etc. onand adjoining his
property. 'dr. Campbeil,a neighbor, registered the complaint. The
Council will make an inspection and report If any furtLer action
is needed.
A special meeting; of the Council will be held at the
Village Hall on May 9th at 9:00 O'clock A. Pd. to consider gn o tI�nauce

preliminary report on the paving of road: in r'ricks Garden tract.
Motion seconded -by Loices and passed by all Council Members voting aye.
