The Village Council of the Viliegt of .21ymouth met for f
a regular meeting at the Villeve Hall ir. said Village on the l;tn
day of April 1958, of 8:00 otclock P. U. '
Present Mayor anderaorx, `Frustees,.Lexes, i.reatz, Theist
ieziel, the Clerk and Attorney. Absent; none.
The minutes of the m6etiLp of April 1, 11-056 wert read ana
on motion apuroved.
Motion was wade by Thele that the Advertiseatvnt for Bids
for furnishing; aggregate to the Village as preparers by Lngineer
Fredrickson be publishea and bids received be opened at this ,
regular meeting to be held on May 6, 1958. Motion seconded:by ,
Eckes and passed by all Council members voting aye.
Trustee Theis agreed to contact Arai Theis, C1er4 of
Medine and obtain the names of the bidders on seal coating the
road in Medina end elymouth Villages.
Mayor Anderson read a letter from the btate Highway
Department with reference to "Plymouth Village participating to
the safety program of checxLag on the safety anu performance of
automobiles. ;notion was made by Lezie}l that the Village endorsee
the program and give it moral support but otherwise the Village
is not equipped to enter into the safety program. !notion was
seconded by Kreetz and pessed by all Council membei-s voting eye.

Mr. Ltageburg, of the Minneapolis City t`rerritho:�e,ep�;eered

Mr. Granum presented a petition of resideuts in the
vicinity of 14700 toeymouth Road 4401 reference to their slater
dretoaye problem. Motion was made by Theis tLat the iyotition

reeo.amendetions. Motion wee seconded by hreatz end oaesed by
all Council Members voting eye.

covering land between 34th and 3bth Avenues north on County
Road h1d for approval. They were a4vised to have the plat apdrovec
by the Villsce Ingineer and obtain u letter from toe County
Engineer approving the service road along County hoed 116 as
shown on their plat.
Mr. Sehiebe prezented a proposea plat of Lrf ant: 4rther
Sc hiebe's Addition. He was edvlseu to have the plat approved
by the Ville.ge Engineer before the Council vouK approve it.
Roger Schmidt appeared tis discuss the nuisance of the
Plymouth Gun Club. after discussion the ClerK was auvised to
contact Clarence berthiame and obtain the came of the fr°esicient
of the Gun Club and request that he briag i"'sembere Vor a
hearing at the next meeting.
Eugene aammona► appeared to discuss the serer problem
of hobert iouson of 16 Suuaet Ulve, sianeepolis Z7. As or,
Johnson was called before the Council previously for the offence
the Clerx was. advised to requewt the justice of the recce to
serve a warrant on or. JohnsoL for e hecrit,g and prosecution
of the offense.
Lee Campbell appearea with reference to Kap&g of
