Motion was wade by Thele that the Advertiseatvnt for Bids for furnishing; aggregate to the Village as preparers by Lngineer Fredrickson be publishea and bids received be opened at this , regular meeting to be held on May 6, 1958. Motion seconded:by , Eckes and passed by all Council members voting aye. Trustee Theis agreed to contact Arai Theis, C1er4 of Medine and obtain the names of the bidders on seal coating the road in Medina end elymouth Villages. Mayor Anderson read a letter from the btate Highway Department with reference to "Plymouth Village participating to the safety program of checxLag on the safety anu performance of automobiles. ;notion was made by Lezie}l that the Village endorsee the program and give it moral support but otherwise the Village is not equipped to enter into the safety program. !notion was seconded by Kreetz and pessed by all Council membei-s voting eye. h letter ,vas read fra-a L.
