Feed, were iaterviea for the appointment of one of them to the positton of Treasurer to succeed retiring Treasurer Philia Little III. _Motion was made by Eckes to appoint hichard C. W. Beed as Treasurer, effective February 5, 1958, for a term of two years. Motion was seconded by Theis end upon vote being trce:n thereon, the lolloing wc-re in favor thereof; Lees, Theis, Xreetz and L6ziel; and the follo'aring voted against same; txaerson. wnere- Tu;on said motion Inas deolared duly ?aBSed.. At 5:00 o'eloc& ?. X. the meeting was adjourned until 8:00 O'clock F. U. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Andersoxi .at 8:0€7 o'clock p. N. The following members v{ere present, Anderson, rases, Theis, Kreatz, Leziel and the Clerkmd Attorney AEcCullegh. The following members were absent; none. ,The minutes of the meeting of January 21, 1758 were read and on motion of Trustee Theis a_ -droved. Leven residents of the Village, who were requested to . appear to discuss their cesp)ol problems, were present. Ater discussion each party was requested to sut;mlt their treat remedy to their problem which is to be followed up and ehecXed by the Board of Health Committee of the Council. Sr. Peterson of the Xel eroperties, Inc., appeared to request a permit to construct a neer building adjacent to the one they recently erected on highway 18 and 36th Avenue north.
