Pursuant to due cel! and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the VillaF-e Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota, was duly held in the Villa -,,e hall in said Village
of Plymouth on Tuesday, the 21st ;lay of January, 1958, at 8.00

The following members were u_rezent: rndgeon, Eckes,
Krentz, Theis, beziel and the Cleric, The follobing members
were absent; none.
The minutes of the meeting of Jenu:;ry 7, 1358, were
read and approved by all Council members present rioting r►ye.
Mayon r+atener and Trustee Robert Roehl of Medina V'iilage .
presented themselves to discuss a seal coating roan project
involving Medina and Plymouth Viyieges. Mr. Carter, of Linds#y,
Carter; Associates, engineers, s also present. After discussion
motion was Made by Wickes that Mr. Carter's firm be authokized to
draw up the necessary bpecificetions for bids and supervise the
road sealing project of that section of County road 9 west of
State righway 55 to the Villin of hamel and that section of
the old highway 101 deeded to the Vilages in 1956 commencing
from highway 55 north to County road ., which roads lie in
dedina and ilymouth Villages, moth roads containing approximately
one mile. Payment for the worx is to be on a footage basis for
the road lying in the respective Villages, ;with Aceclina handling
the account and billing Plymouth Villave for its stare of the
cost. Both villages are to agree on the successful bidder for
the work to be done. Motion gyres seconded by Theis and passed
by all Council -cembers voting aye.

Plymouth Village. After discussion the matter was tabled -tor
later consideration as to what road or roads, if any; sh6ulii
be unproved during 1959 or the sum held for another year. ..
Mrs. Orville V. Busby.presented a letter re�uestirsg a
Permit to construct a Dam and improve other buil4 nge on a
twelve acre tract near Highway 6 ana the Town road an,d described
as Lots 13 and 25, Parkers Lake Garden. She wishes 'to exact the
barn for the purpose of keeping horses for various people.
Motion was made by 4reatz to issue a perm -At to erect s 30, X
64* barn on tide lend and comply with other agreements as stated
In her letter, witn.the location andconstruction of,the:buildibga
to be approved by building Inspector Ernst. Motion was seoonded
by Theis and passed by all Council members voting aye.
Motion was made by Kreatz to pay Schiebes hardwgire, as
official licensor for dog licenses for the Villege,:a.fee sof
Twenty-five cents for each dog license issued. The same -agreement
to be made with iierb*s Servs^,e Garage if they are agreeable to
handling dog licenses. Motion was s conded by Theis -':asci'passed r
by Ell Council members Voting aye.
Motion was made by 4reatz to authorize Assessor Ernst.
