The following members were present: Mayor Iiilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth & Spaeth. The following members x-rere absent: none Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its' adoption: RESOLI►TION 110. 70-384 WHEREAS, it was requested to approve the regular payroll disbursement.' NOW THEREFORE, RE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE GOtfi C11, OF THE VILLAGE Or PIMMUTH: Approval Is hereby given fdr-,ths regular payroll disbursement in the 'mount of $18,582.63 for the period ending August 31, 1970. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was. duly Councilman Kindseth seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: M,avor Hi1de.. Councilmen Hintz, Johnson Kindseth and Spaeth The following voted against none The following abstained none Whereupon the Resolution oras declared duly passed and edopted.
