The minutes of the meeting of December 5, 1957, were read
end approved by all Council members present voting Ayo.
Trustee. Thos. Keefe submitted Lis resigu4tion as Trustee
to the Council effective iecember 17, 1957, on account of other
business and therefore cannot aevote the necessary time to a
Trustee's duties. The Council members accepted his resignetion
with v:.ry ;much regret.
