,Pureuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of .the Village of Plymouth,.Uli4nesota was duly.
held In the Village Hall in said Villa€a on Tuesday the first day
of October,11957, at 2:00 o'clock P. 4.
The following members were p.es3nt. Sahly,Eakes, Theis,
Kreatz and Cleric. The following members were absent. Leefe.

EE IT RESOLVED by the Village COLncil of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota, as follows:
1. There is hereby cxdated, purEjant to Minnesota Session
Latins of 1957, Chapter 450 a sanitar;? dispobal authority to
be named the "Suburban Sex itary Disp>)sal Authority'". Its
boundaries shall include th,e Village of klymuuth,..4ud,all ....

o'clock P. it. The following members were pres::r:t: L&hly, Eckes,
Kreatz and Theis. The Village Cleric and Attorney were also present.
The following members were abgent: Keefe.
The minutes of the Meeting of September 17, 1957 were read
and approved by all Council members voting Aye.

1. That the Assessment Toll, as prepared by the Villege
Clerlc,with the assistance of others, be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the assessments thereir, ot)ntained n
are hereby determined to be tme special asse4wmeats ror
the improvements therein included.
2. That said a:sses"ents are found to be proparly
assessed upon the properties benefited by said improve-
ments.
3. That the Cleric is hereby direatea to certify Said
assessments to the County Auditor for collection.

guaranteeing construction and completion of the necessary roads
in the Addition.

as a Special Police Officer. �Aotion vvas seconded by Thais aaa

sworn In under oath as a police officer by the Village Clerk.
Trustee Eckes moved the adoption of the following ResolutioU:

that the following sums of money be raised by tax upon the taxable
property for the following purposes, for the current year:

For Roads and bridges 30,000.00
