Pursuant to due call and noti:re thereof, a regular (omitsk) reeting
of the Village Council of the Villa -,e of Plymouth. Minnesota was held
on the 14th day of Sept. , 1970. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth 5 Spaeth.
The following meihers were absent: none
Councilman Johnson introduced the following "esolution

William Resnick, 205 Black Oaks Lane.

Approval is hereby given to defer 4.5 acres of Plat 43732,
Parcel 8650 until such time that said portion shall become
buildable.
The vnotiot for the adoption of the foregoing; Resolution wag duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote beinz taken thereon,'
the following, voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Updeeth and Spaeth.
The following voted against none
The fallowing; abstained none _
Whereupon the Pesolutinn was declared duly pas^ed and adopted.

full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates
to a Resolution regardingan assessment deferrment
