o'clock 2. 1. The following members were pre feat: Sahly, roes,
Keefe, Kreatz, Theis end the Ciera, and the following were absent:
None.
,Mayor Sahly presided at the meeting.
Ar. Foy hae.-, supervisor of assessments, attendee the

Pyr. Evanson Ose appeared before the Council to discuss the
purchase of about ti°renty-five ecr�s of land near Mecicine Lake for
a religious gf'oup to be used as a bible Cane and for recreation
purposes. After discussion it was sutzgestea he conteet Mr. Paul
of the Mission Farm about purohasing e tract of lend fro= -them,
which he e.crsed to do and report his success at the next Council
meeting.

reference to the Municipal Btate Aid Program, rna to Execute a

appeared before the .Council to,obtain a permit for erecti.ou of a:;
factory building or buildings on road 154 south of the ►Poo.Line
tracKs. A-.mot:ion was made by Keefe that a. kartial 2ermit be issued[
at an estimated construction value of t50,000 -'et a fee of �2.00

The Council also approved a Special Use Permit to be. issued:
to Hewit Peterson for a vegetable stand 121 X 20' on Highway 18 and
10 and to bre located on Bass Laice Road. The stand is to be removed
at the close of the season.
A motion %rr s made by Keefe and seconded. by Theis that a
permit be i..vsued for a Gasoline Ailing Station to Henry wtayer ct
the intersection of highway $5 and Number six. Motion carried by
all members Voting Aye.
