A proposed assessment roll for the above named improvements, prepared by the Village Clerk, with the assistance of Bonestroo, Rosene, I�Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby received and ordered to he placed it on file in the office of. the Village Clerk, where it shall he and remain open to public inspection. 2. The Village Clerk shall publish notice of the time and place of a hearing on such proposed assessment In the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the time specified for such hearing.
