Ed. behlebe appeared before the council to obtain a permit
to construct a 201 X 20* Drive in Hamburger Shop. On motion by
Keefe fnd seconded by Theis that a Special Permit be issued to
Ed. Schiebe was passed by all Councilmen voting Aye.

Mrs. Harlen Tucker of Parkers Lakeside Addition come before
the Council to get Permission to perk a house trailer in her yard
for about a year and to be used by her parents. With regrets the
Council advised her that the permission for that leugth of°time.
could not be granted and the longest time would be for ninety d y:e
to which she stated that that length of time would not be of any
benefit to her.
