Pursuant to due czll'ar.d notice thereof, a regular O meeting
of the Village Council of the Pillage of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the Uth day of apt_ 1970. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth S Sp4eth.
The following members were absent: none
Coiinrilman_jpbnnon introduced the following Resolution
and mowed its'. adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-381
WHEPEAS, a request was received from Building Inspector Kamman
to amend Resolution. No. 62-35 to correct legal description of same.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE CPITIC7L OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLWOUPH:
Request to amend Resolution #62-35 is hereby approved to
correct t}te legal description to read as follows:
"The South 99.56 feet of Lot 29, Block 4 Shortline Acres
and the second description to read: "Lot 29 except the South
99.56 -fee t thereof and the South half of Lot 30, Block 4
Shortline Acres,"
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted In favor thereof.: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth.
Thee following voted against none
The following abstained none
Whereupon the Pesolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully -compared the
attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular (&)
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on Sept. 14 ,
1M, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the sane relates
to a Resolution regarding amendment to Res. #62-35
