VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION ACC a- TING BID
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of thr f
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
14th day of September, 1970. }
The following .iiembers were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen }
Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.
Councils..an Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved =

its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-380
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement
,of 34th Avenue, Kilmer Lane to County Road #1.8, Project #70-8A, bids
were received, opened and tabulated ac-ording to law and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement.

NOW THERI?FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PiYMOUTRs
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contract with Jerome P. Begin of
12615 County Road #9, Minneapolis, Minn. in the name of the
Village of Plymouth for the improvement of 34th Avenue -
Kilmer Lane to County Road X118, by Jerome P. Begin according
! to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the
E Village Council and on file in the office of the Village
E Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
! forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with tleir bids,
except that the deposits of the successful bidder and -the
next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contracthas
been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the

si following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz
Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

f I, the undersigned, tieing the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said village held September 14, 1970;
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full.,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
Project #70-8A.
