by the Mayor by requesting thet the CleL'K read the minutes of the

The Council then agreed to -meet at the Vii_age hall Friday
eveRi g with the Justice and Constable.
Next on motion by Lckes with a second by Areatz that we
adapt the Orr Engineering Co. for our engineers for blacK top4jing
and all other purpases'z�eedea fox one yetr from la6u5t 21, 1356•
Then on motion by Eases with a second by Theis that we
aaopt the resolution of the County hoard designating the extension
.of State raid leo. 6 ivithin the krait:, of the Villege of ely€aouth
ce_ried by a vote of 5 Yeas.
Next the Council agreed to set their Budget for the
coming year for General Village purposesC3,500.00, for Road and
Bridge purio:es 930,000.00, for support of moor 47,000.00, for
Visiting iWrse ~2,500.00 encs Hennepin County Fair X50.00« Then
an motion by Eckes Ath a second by Keefe that the budget be
aeceated , cerried by a vote of 5 Yeas.
