Chapter 14-1 of Ordinance 56-3 carried by a vote of 4 Yeas No days.
The Clerk then presented three applications for Bingo permits.
On motion by Keefe and seconders by Kreatz that we grant a permit for
Bingo at L,rbbys Place. Bass LeAe for the Royal Orcer of Moos. on
motion by Keefe with a second by Theis thst a Bingo permit only be M
given. the Corners Club also at Libby p ace, Bass Leke for their
annuc.l Pienic.Alsooa motion by "'eefe with a second by Kreatz that
a Bingo permit be granted the baron Xeiilatein Lodge No. 1.766 also
at Libby's Place for their eanual picnic. 111 were passed by a
unanimous vote of four yeas, no nays.
On motion by Kreatz .,rith a second by Theis that the Clerk
write a letter to R. k. and Warehouse Com-aissioa requesting themto
look into and have something done or, State High -ray 101 and Luce Line
Failroad cross6ng one mile north of Wayzata to eliminate the danger
due to the heavy Auto traffic at this crossing.
Next on motion by Keefe with a second by 4reaatz that the
Cleric write to theboard of County Commissioners requesting them :to out
dovm the speed: limit to 40 miles per hour on Co. Fold 7 from its
