Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Villaj-p Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota wvs held on the
14th day of September, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one
was absent.

Counciltr7n Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
' its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 70-377
WHEREAS, a request was received from the Public Works Department
for the purchase of a Three -Wheel Sweeper.
j NOW THEREFORE, BE IT -HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

"1 VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Village Manager is hereby authorized to proceed to advertise

for bids for the purchase of a Three -Wheel Sweeper. Specifications
of said sweeper should specify delivery date and stipulate that
st
f' payment for same is to be spread over a three year period.

s; The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
rs
;i seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,

Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.

tWhereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. -

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified andtagting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

complete transcript therefrom.
