Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular. `reeting
of the Village Council of the'Villae of Plymouth, Minnesota was held'
on the 14th day of Sept. , 1970. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilae, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth Spaeth.
The following members were. absent: None

and moved its' adoption:

WHEREAS, a bond reduction for Plymouth Square Addition was requested.
Nnti TH RF.FORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOTYF.A BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THF.
VILLAGE OF PLYttOL*fH:
Approval is hereby given to reduce the bond on Plymouth Square
Addition,from $28,500 to $3,900.
The mottos for the adoption of the foregoiig Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Jehnon and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindeeth and Spaeth.

The following abstained none
Vhereupon the Fcsolution utas declared duly pnssed and adopted.
