of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 14th day of September. , 1974. The following members
were present:"iayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth & Spaeth,
The following members trere absent: none
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY MOINED'BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE. OF PLYttOLTTH:
Approval is hereby given to reduce::from 54360 to $3000 the bond
covering the Seven Ponds Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoingResolution was duly,
seconded by _Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Ptayor'Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz,_Kindseth and Spaeth.
The -following voted against none
The following abstained - none
1%hareupon the Resolution taas declared duly passed and adopted.
