Pursuant to due call and notice 'thereof, a regular ( idc) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 14th day of Sept. , 1970. The following members

And moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-374
1411rRR.AS, a bond release was requested by Mrs. Albert Snyder.
NOW THER170RE, BE IT HrRRBY RESOIVED BY TIIE VTLIAGF COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLIVOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to release the $400 bond on Snyder's
Pine Ridge Addition, Olive Lane and Merrimac Lane North of 19th
Avenue.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing.Resol.ution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon,'
the followingvoted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson
Kindseth and'Spaeth
The -following voted against Councilman Hintz
'The following abstained none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
