Pursuant to due call, and notice thereof, a regular meetinll
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 14th day of Sept. , 1$70. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Kindeeth 6 Spaeth.
The follovtng members were absent: ggne
Councilman Hintz introdiced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOUITION 1:0. 70-373
WHEREAS, request to approve a change order for Jerome P. Begin
was presented.
NOW T11ERF.FORE, BF. IT HEREBY RESOLVFn BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF T14E
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH;
Approval is hereby given to accept the Contract Change Order
with Jerome P. Begin on Project ¢69-8,9-G.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson
and upon vote being taken thereon,
the follmaing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth.
The following voted against none
The follot-4mg, abstained gone
