Purnuna; to due call and notice thereof, a regular 6upecbWh meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, t-finnesota was held
on the 14th day of ,Sent,:, 1970. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Kindeeth & Spaeth,
The following members were absent: none
Cguncilman Johnson Introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOTITTION NO. 70-372
U111-REAS, approval for a Change order for Northdale Construction
was requested.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RF--,DI.V-FJ) BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE or PLYMOUTH:
Approval is given for the Contract Change Order with Northdale
Consttuation Company for Project #70-1.0-1!,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution vas duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen JohnsonL_
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth.
The following votee against none
The following abstained none
