Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (,-Awxx$*W meeting
of the Village Council.of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 14th day of Sept. , 1970. The following members
t.ere present: Mayor Hi dam, Counei = Jo snna Hintz_ 91 dsn ath & SRAeth.
The following members were absent: none
Councilman .;ohnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoptf�,n:
RESOLUTION NO. „70-371
BHEpEAS, Mr. W. J. Cavanaugh and Mr. L. Z. Carlson have agreed
to dedicate a certain portion of land to the Village of Plymouth'.'
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT HERhaY RES01AYM) BY TSE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYHOUTII:
The Council hereby accepts the ten scree of park land on behalf
of Plymouth Village dedicated by Messrs. W. J. Cavanaugh and L. Z.
Carlaon described as follows:
The Easterly 330 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the.Norlhwest.
Quarter of Section 21, Township 118, .Range 22.
The motion for the adoption of the.foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Magor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Rindseth and Spaeth.
The following voted against none
The following abstained none
Whereupon the Pesolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular (aln=hdb)
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on Sept. 14 ,
1974, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates
to a Resolution regarding park land dedication
