RESOLUTION ORDERINC PREPARATION OF
I REPORT ON IMPROVL-rOT

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
iVillage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
114th day of September, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one
!was absent.

if Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-369
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Dunkirk Lane from 26th Avenue
North to County Road #24 and possibly adding it to the contract now
undertaken by C. S. McCrossan, Inc. in the same area and studying alternate
ways of assessing the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement, -pursuant to H.S.A. Sec. 429.011; to 429.111.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 'COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to ft
the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council 1
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as i
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended." ,
The motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.'
