VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
i CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
i Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
iVillage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
1'14th day of September, 1970.
The following members Were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
I�Tintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.

{ Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
1�is adoption:
1 RESOLUTION NO. 70-368
l{ WHEREAS, a report has been given to the Engineer from Clark Engineering

(Company for the Village Council dated February 25, 1970, recommending a
irtorm sewer installation in the north portion of the central area lying
Inorth of State Highway 055 and westerly of Interstate Highway #494 at
ILestimated cost of $105,000.00.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
LLLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in j
accordance with the report and the assessment of property
abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec.
429.011 to 429.111, at an estimaLed total cost of the
improvement as shown.
€ 2. A public hearing shall be hel.ci on such proposed improvement
f on the 19th day of October at the Village Public Works Building '
i in the Village of Plymouth at 7:30 P.M. The Village Council 1
shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as j
required by law:
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
i
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz,
�Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and :adopted.
