VILLAGE OF PLY11OUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village I.ouncil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
14th day of September, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor llil-te, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one
was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 70-367

WHEREAS, Lyle Paul Haley, 135n W. Highway #55, Golden Valley, Minn,
j requested a Conditional Use Permit to operate a shop at 3.515 North
Kilmer Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is granted to Lyle Paul Haley for a Conditional Use
Permit :.a operate a'machine shop and engine rebuilding.facil:ity in
a B-3 zone at 3515 North Kilmer: Lane subject to the blacktopping and
curbing of the parking, area in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance
within one year from the date of granting said permit.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson,
Kindseth and Spaeth. :.o oi;e voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
js Village of Plymouth, !Unnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular i
i} meeting of the Village Council of said Village held September 14, 1970,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom,
